sur le LRB 6, il est à 200K alors que sur le fichier Excel de la Word Cup, il est à 220K. Est ce une coquille ?

Il est à 200.000 dans le LRB 6 mais également sur la liste d'équipes 2019 publiée sur le site de la NAF : https://www.thenaf.net/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/NAF-Team-Lists-v1.5_NO_BG.pdf

Je pense donc qu'il s'agit d'une coquille sur la feuille d'équipe de la world cup. Je remonte l'info sur le topic World Cup de TalkFantasyFootball.

Il s'agissait bien d'une coquille. Les orgas ont mis à dispo sur le site de la world cup un nouveau fichier excel de création d'équipes dans lequel Rashnak est bien à 200.000 (il faut rafraîchir la page pour avoir cette nouvelle version).

While people are waiting for the publication of the final numbers, here is some reading material:

GAME TIME:
The orga, the refs and the NAF committee have been taking about the need of chess clocks. Here is the guideline we came up with:
- There is no necessity for a mandatory chess clock for every game.
- Every coach has the right to ask their opponents to use a chess clock for the game, but he opponent has the right to refuse. This has to be accepted.
- The referees will supervise all games and tell coaches if they are running into a major delay.
- After 1 hour of game time, a coach may demand the use of a chess clock if the referee is the opinion that the game is delayed to an extend that they would not finish in time (the decision about being delayes is with the referees, not the coaches)

TOLL ROADS
If you are travelling by car, please be advised that you need to pay toll stickers for Switzerland and Austria if you want to use the Autobahn. If you come from Zurich, an Austrian sticker might not be needed, unless you plan to do some sight seeing in Germany or Southern Vorarlberg. If you come from Germany, it is highly recommended to take a 10-day sticker. There is a way through the cities, but it's highly stressfull if you have travelled already seveal hours. I would not trust Google maps on driving time through Bregenz and Lauterach.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE BUS
We will offer shuttle buses from Zurich airport on October 3 and October 7. A one-way-ticket will cost not more than 25 EUR. For the other airports the demand was not big enough to rent a bus. We will work out other means of transportation from Munich, Stuttgart, Memmingen and Friedrichshafen airports. Please take a look at the website after April 16, we will put up a shuttle bus booking page.

SHUTTLES BUSSES during the event.
There will be shuttle busses going every 30min to our partner hotels in Dornbirn, Bregenz and Hard. The shuttle busses will be running just before game time and then in the evening again. We ask all coaches to also use the early busses and not everybody cram into the last bus (that will not work). Coaches who are not staying in the partner hotels, can also use the shuttles, but have to walk to the bus stops. A map with all the bus stops will be published in summer.

SQUAD AND COACH LISTS
Due to the fairly strict European data protection laws, we will only publish a list of squad names later this month. Coach nicknames will only be published after a coach has given their written consent. Forms will be provided on the website later this month. For all the people moaning: In Lucca there was no coach list published as well, so stop whining

DICE
Every coach will get a dice set of 6 dice: 3 Block dice, 2 six sided dice and 1 eight sided die. The dice are made by official partner Akaro Dice, which will also be present at the event. While the use of these dice is not mandatory, we kindly ask you to use them during the event to avoid possible discussions about broken or shaved dice. We also ask to use a dice cup (not plastic withou felt inside) or a dice tower for the same reason. Also, discuss BEFORE a game about what is considered a cocked or stacked dice and how you will handle it (all dice rolled again or only the cocked/stacked ones)

MUSIC
We will have a special Hurry-Up song composed by Holger Seidemann of musicSound. Once you hear that song, it's time to get your game done fast. Holger will also compose a special World Cup Hymn for us.

Regarding airport shuttles I was told by my capitain there is no late transfer (something like after 5pm).
Did you take in consideration late arrivals?
I will have a look after April 16th on the Web site.

TEMPS DE JEU:
L'organisation, les arbitres et le comité NAF se sont penchés sur le besoin d'horloges d'échecs. Voici la ligne directrice que nous avons élaborée:
- Il n'est pas nécessaire d'avoir une horloge d'échecs obligatoire pour chaque match.
- Chaque coach a le droit de demander à ses adversaires d'utiliser une horloge d'échecs pour le match, mais son adversaire a le droit de refuser. Cela doit être accepté.
- Les arbitres superviseront tous les matchs et informeront les entraîneurs s’ils rencontrent un retard important.
- Après 1 heure de jeu, un entraîneur peut exiger l'utilisation d'une horloge d'échecs si l'arbitre est d'avis que le match est retardé dans une mesure telle qu'il ne se terminerait pas à temps (la décision de retarder est celle des arbitres, pas les entraîneurs)

LES ROUTES À PÉAGE
Si vous voyagez en voiture, sachez que vous devez payer des autocollants de péage pour la Suisse et l'Autriche si vous souhaitez utiliser l'autoroute. Si vous venez de Zurich, un autocollant autrichien n’est peut-être pas nécessaire, à moins que vous n’ayez l’intention de faire du tourisme en Allemagne ou dans le sud du Vorarlberg. Si vous venez d'Allemagne, il est fortement recommandé de prendre un autocollant de 10 jours. Il y a un moyen de traverser les villes, mais c'est très stressant si vous avez déjà voyagé plusieurs heures. Je ne ferais pas confiance aux cartes Google sur les temps de conduite à travers Bregenz et Lauterach.

En raison des lois européennes relativement strictes sur la protection des données, nous ne publierons une liste de noms d’équipes que plus tard ce mois-ci. Les surnoms d'entraîneurs ne seront publiés qu'après que leur entraîneur y ait consenti par écrit. Les formulaires seront fournis sur le site Web plus tard ce mois-ci. Pour toutes les personnes qui râlent : À Lucca, aucune liste d'entraîneurs n'a également été publiée, alors arrêtez de pleurnicher

DÉ
Chaque entraîneur recevra un ensemble de 6 dés: 3 dés en bloc, 2 dés à 6 faces et 1 dé à 8 faces. Les dés sont réalisés par le partenaire officiel Akaro Dice, qui sera également présent sur l'événement. Bien que l'utilisation de ces dés ne soit pas obligatoire, nous vous prions de bien vouloir les utiliser pendant l'événement pour éviter d'éventuelles discussions sur les dés cassés ou "rasés" (= pipés ?). Nous demandons également d'utiliser un gobelet à dés (pas de plastique sans feutre à l'intérieur) ou une tour à dés pour la même raison. De plus, discutez AVANT la partie de ce qui est considéré comme un dé armé (pas compris = cassé ?) ou empilé et de la façon dont vous allez le gérer (tous les dés sont relancés ou seulement les dés empilés / empilés)

LA MUSIQUE
Nous aurons une chanson spéciale de Hurry-Up composée par Holger Seidemann de musicSound️. Une fois que vous avez entendu cette chanson, il est temps de terminer votre partie rapidement. Holger composera également un hymne spécial de la Coupe du monde pour nous.

Gate open for cheaters. Hopefully the Blood Bowl community is great and there is not a lot of them but base a 1400+ coachs tournement rules on this is a little bit risky amha

In 2015 it was the same and at the end of my first game the coach who I played against took his time knowing that the global time was running down. Didn't have the time to score for the win.

Damn ! Do you realize that I will have to agree Nîme because of you Tojurub ??!!

I must admit that, I do prefer when there is a clear rule with defined time for each coach at the beginning.
When comes the time to say "you re running out of time" it's always an issue with the time taken by one coach against the other.


But, I guess it was not an easy decision and as Nîme said "it's a nice community we have"

we had the same experience with a drunk spanish player on sunday morning. He spent 90 minutes to attack and let only a few time to our player to draw (and finally he loose the game because of less time). It was very unfair and with the very few number of referee it was impossible to manage. I hope there will be more referee than in Lucca

As other players explained, a player may be : drunk / just too slow /a begginer / playing the clock... Whatever the reason, it should not make the game unfair for his opponent.

In addition, you did not explained what will be the rules for the clock after 1hr:
- 45min each player ?
- 3min per turn ?
- something else ?

C'est pour le premier avril la non règle de temps et l'obligation du gobelet moumoute ou tour à dé? On ne pourra pas jeter ses dés comme on le souhaite? Et que faire de la recrudescence du jet de gobelet au visage inhérent a l'utilisation de celui-ci?

Since there were several coaches coming in late, but not enough to fill up a 50 seater bus, we found an option with a 19 seater bus for the late arrivals.

after 1 hour, you still have 1,5 hours to play. If you have such a slow opponent, that you are in turn 3 after one hour, you should have pointed that out to the refs before that. There are two adults at the table, granted one of them might not be in best condition any more, but you can ask your opponent to speed up, or the squad captain or you can ask the refs to keep a special eye on your game.

I personally have been in this situation at NAFC a few years back and lost the game because after the clocks came in (fairly late in the game with 30min remaining), my opponent played speed bowl when taking 10min turns before.

Anyway, we had the discussion with the refs, with the NAF, a group of about 10 people, and we knew about the drunken coaches in Lucca taking long. But they were considered not too many in order to force a chess clock on all games right from the start. On the other hand, we could ban alcohol from the venue to avoid slow players [ducks and runs fast to avoid being killed by the French]

Since there were several coaches coming in late, but not enough to fill up a 50 seater bus, we found an option with a 19 seater bus for the late arrivals.
